We provide professional digital media solutions. The scope of each project will be defined through written agreements, proposals, or invoices. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges.

3. Payment Terms

• Clients must pay a deposit before the commencement of any service
• Full payment is required upon project completion unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
• All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Ensure any provided content (e.g., images, audio) does not infringe on copyrights or intellectual property rights.
• Comply with all applicable laws when using our services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• The Company retains ownership of all creative works until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, the Client receives a license for personal or commercial use as specified in the project agreement.
• The Company may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during the course of service delivery. We do not disclose private client details without prior consent.

7. Revisions and Modifications

• Clients may request a limited number of revisions as specified in the project agreement.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse excessive or unreasonable revision requests.

8. Termination of Services

• The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the Client fails to adhere to these terms.
• Clients may request termination before project completion; however, any completed work will be billed accordingly.
• No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the services rendered.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising under this Agreement will first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
